Sherman & Nathanson’s intellectual property efforts are the special focus of USC Law School graduate and in-house IP scholar, Abhay Khosla. Attorney Khosla has experience handling intellectual property cases related to patent trademark claims and copyright infringement claims, instances of false advertising, theft of trade secrets, non-compete agreements, deceptive and unfair trade practices, unfair competition, and breach of agreements relating to technology licensing.
